 The VAC-1A
Aspirator Option is an accessory that can be added to the VAC-1 vacuum pump / suction
system. Developed for the hearing aid industry, the VAC-1A is intended for ENT
use only, for extracting ear wax and other debris from the ear canal. The VAC-1A
includes a Neoprene collection bottle which is autoclavable, and a vacuum
regulator for adjusting the vacuum flow. This system may also be used for
extracting debris from hearing instruments.
NOTE: A Suction Tool for use inside the ear canal is not included. Suction
tools that accept 1/4" ID tubings can typically be obtained through most hearing industry supply companies.
