SpotCure-P includes your choice of 8mm curved
(shown), or 12mm straight Handpeices in either UV or
Visible Curing wavelengths . An optional 4mm curing, or white light
inspection handpeice is also available.

SpotCure-P UV Cure Unit
with 8mm and 4mm handpeices
The SpotCure-P is a completely self contained spot cure system
designed for portable or stationary use. The SpotCure-P system
includes your choice of 8mm Curved or 12mm Straight handpeices in
UV or Visible Wavelengths , Docking
Station with rechargeable battery pack, and wall transformer. An
optional 4mm curing, or white light inspection handpeice is also
available. Photocell
technology makes the Trans-Cure-P unit extremely simple to use. Simply
remove the handpeice from the docking station and the unit turns on
automatically. The unit will remain on until the handpeice is returned
to the docking station. An audible beep sounds every ten seconds to
inform the user of time elapsed. The battery pack will provide days of
continuous use before recharging, and a low battery indicator will give
plenty of warning when recharging is necessary. SpotCure-P can be
plugged in for continuous use at a permanent work station.
SpotCure-P Standard unit includes either the 8mm Curved or
12mm Straight Curing Handpeice with a choice of UV
390nm or Visible 470nm wavelenghts. An optional 4mm curing, or white
light inspection handpeice is also available.
The LED Advantage
Traditional spot cure guns emit a much wider spectrum range than
needed to cure UV materials. They use a filter to block the unwanted
light waves, which means to have enough light left over for curing, a high powered halogen lamp
is needed. This wastes energy, and can put
users at risk of dangerous UV exposure, especially to unprotected eyes.
LEDs emit just the right wavelength needed to cure materials,
so much less power is required. You get the same cure times as you would
with the spot cure guns with much less energy and exposure.
