Note: All orders are subject to the policies in effect at
the time the order is placed.

Our online shipping prices are based on real-time quotes supplied by shipping
and delivery suppliers, such as UPS and US Mail, and are based on total order
weight. Because we rely on these quotes from 3rd party sources, such as UPS
and USPS web sites, we cannot guarantee a quote at the time of ordering.
In other words, if their web site is unavailable at the time of your order
and you cannot receive a real-time quote, we will manually email your shipping
cost to you once your order is received for approval. We reserve the right
to use another carrier than selected with the understanding it will be delivered
within the time promised.
Delivery Outside the Contiguous United States
We can ship all items to customers living outside the contiguous United States
via UPS / FedEx Air, US Mail and DHL. If a shipping quote is unavailable
at the time of your order, we will email the quote to you once your order
Pricing & Product Description Policy
Our pricing and product descriptions are based on information provided to
us by venders, manufacturers, and distributors as well as information attained
by our own research and development. This information, from time to time,
may contain unintentional errors, omissions or misrepresentations. In cases
where we have represented a price incorrectly, the customer will be given
the option of purchasing the product at the intended price or canceling the
order. In cases where we have represented a product description incorrectly,
the customer will be given the option of returning the product for a 100%
full refund or may exchange the product for the difference in retail price.
In these cases, no additional shipping or restocking charges will be assessed.
Lightning Enterprises reserves the right to offer special pricing to individuals
or companies who open an account, or members of specific organizations or
buying groups who have made special pricing arrangements with Lightning Enterprises.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise
noted on the product page (e.g., UV curable materials and asdhesives, custom made items are not returnable). Items received with shipping damage must be reported
to us in writing within three business days. All items must be in "off-the-shelf
and in-the-original-box" condition (this includes all original packaging)
unless damaged in shipping (see below). Items that have been installed, drilled,
bent, scratched, or otherwise modified or damaged are no longer in salable
condition and are not eligible for return.
To return an item, you must phone or fax Lightning Enterprises at
(207) 637-3668 or email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than
30 days from receipt of product. Approved returns will receive a Return Goods
Authorization Number (RGA or RMA) with detail instruction. No returns will
be accepted with out the proper RGA or RMA number. Unapproved returns or returns
received without a valid RGA will void your return rights.
Additional charges or credits may be applied to your credit card
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error and you
are requesting an even dollar replacement, no additional charges or credits
will be applied to your credit card. We reserve the right to hold shipment
of replacement items until we receive and inspect the item being returned.
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error
and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will
be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once
we receive the item(s) back from you and they have been inspected.
If you are returning your item due to a change of mind or you ordered
an item by error, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase
price (plus sales tax if applicable) less the cost of original shipping and
a restocking fee of 15%. The refund will be issued once we have received
the item(s) back from you and they have been inspected.
If you wish to send
an item to us for repair you must contact us to receive a Return Goods
Authorization Number (RGA or RMA). Contact Lightning Enterprises by phone or

mark the package and packing slip with the RGA #. Shipping to us will be the
responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be the responsibility of
the customer for out-of –warranty repair. Lightning Enterprises will be
responsible for return shipping for repairs under warranty.
Warranty information is specific to each product and is provided with

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide
this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you
can make about the way your information is collected and used.
