Perfect for Laying Vent Tracks & Repair Work
The
ELC-410 is a feather-weight, high-output UV spot curing system, ideal for
hearing aid manufacturing when laying vent tracks in the shell, or for
repair work. The ELC-410 offers a regulated output with an
audible tone every 10 seconds, allowing the operator
precise and varied curing options. Lightweight and versatile,
the ELC-410 incorporates one 11mm - 360 degree swiveling light-guide to
help resolve most complex curing applications, and may be fit with other
various size
light-guides to accommodate other curing needs. The internal
75W Halogen lamp is easy to replace and typically lasts 10,000 twenty
second cycles.
Also available in 450nm Visible Light:
ELC-410T option includes variable timer with automatic
shut-off.
Light-Guide Interchangeability:
The ELC-410
includes one 11mm x 70mm Light Guide, but may be configured with a variety
of different types and sizes to perform a variety of curing applications.
