Perfect for Laying Vent Tracks & Repair Work
The ELC-405 is a compact and rugged spot curing system, ideal
for hearing aid manufacturing when laying vent tracks in the shell,
or for repair work. The ELC-405 includes an audible timer with settings
of 10-60 seconds in 10 second intervals, allowing the operator
precise and varied curing options. The curing cycle may be interrupted
at any time by re-activating the trigger switch. Lightweight and versatile,
the ELC-405 incorporates a 11mm 360 degree swiveling light-guide to
help resolve most complex curing applications, and may be fit with other
various size light-guides to accommodate other curing needs. The internal
75W Halogen lamp is easy to replace and typically lasts 10,000 twenty
second cycles.

The ELC-405
includes one 11mm x 84mm Light Guide, but may be configured with a variety
of different types and sizes to perform a variety of curing applications.
